NRF-SAEON is a regional hub within the World Climate Research Programme (WCRP) lighthouse activity My Climate Risk (MCR).
My Climate Risk, one of several WRCP Lighthouse Activities, aims to develop and mainstream a ‘bottom-up’ approach to regional climate risk, which starts with the requirements of decision-makers.
This aligns with the vision of NRF-SAEON to provide ‘World-class environmental research platforms for a sustainable society’.
